Sam Ginn

Mr. Ginn is a private investor and the retired Chairman of Vodafone, a worldwide wireless telecommunications company. Prior Positions Held: Mr. Ginn was Chairman of Vodafone AirTouch, Plc., from 1999 until 2000 and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AirTouch Communications, Inc., from 1993 until 1999. He was Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Telesis Group from 1988 until 1994.
