Thomas A Lockhart

Mr. Lockhart has been a member of the Wyoming State House of Representatives since 2000. Mr. Lockhart also serves on the board of directors of First Interstate Bank of Casper, Wyoming and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming.
