Dr Franklyn G Jenifer

Dr. Jenifer is President Emeritus of the University of Texas at Dallas, a doctoral-level institution. Prior Positions Held: Dr. Jenifer was President of the University of Texas at Dallas from 1994 until 2005. He was President of Howard University from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, he was Chancellor of the Massachusetts Board of Regents of Higher Education from 1986 until 1990.
