Rex Tillerson

Principal Occupation: Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Exxon Mobil Corporation. Recent Business Experience: Mr. Tillerson was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ExxonMobil in 2006; President and Director in 2004; and Senior Vice President in 2001.
