William S Elston

Mr. Elston has been a Director of the Company since February 1998 and was a Director of LSHI from February 1998 to July 2004. Mr. Elston was an Executive Recruiting Consultant from December 1999 until December 2003. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Clean Shower, L.P. from November 1998 to December 1999. He served as Managing Director/Executive Vice President of DHR, International, an executive recruiting firm, from February 1995 to November 1998. He was Executive Vice President of Operations, Steelcase, Inc., April 1994 to January 1995. Mr. Elston was President and Chief Executive Officer of GATX Logistics, Inc. from 1990 through March 1994.
