Mark L. Andrews is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. He is responsible for direction of all legal, legislative, compliance and regulatory activities for Molina Healthcare. Mr. Andrews joined Molina Healthcare in 1998 and has over 20 years experience in the healthcare field. Before joining Molina Healthcare, Mr. Andrews was a partner in the Sacramento law firm of Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney where he represented a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, including providers, professional associations, medical groups, hospitals, HMO's, and governmental agencies responsible for healthcare oversight. Mr. Andrews earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Hastings College of Law and performed his undergraduate study at the University of California at Berkeley.
