Walter McLallen

Walter McLallen has been the Principal of Meritage Capital Advisors since January 2004. Mr. McLallen founded Meritage Capital Advisors in January 2004 and served as its Managing Director. Mr. McLallen served as the Managing Director at CIBC World Markets from 1995 to 2003. He worked at the Argosy Group and Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc., in New York. Mr. McLallen served as the Chairman of the Board of Freedom Group, Inc. since September 3, 2009. He serves as Vice Chairman and Independent Director of Freedom Group, Inc. He has been a Director of Remington Arms Co. Inc. since May 31, 2007. Mr. McLallen serves as a Director of Tier 1 Group, Alpha Media Group and Bushmaster Firearms. Mr. McLallen holds his B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1988.
