Michael J. Fedida a registered pharmacist, has served for the past twenty-six years as an officer and director of several retail pharmacies wholly or partially owned by him, including J&J Saint Michael's Pharmacy from 2005 to present; J&J Pharmacy and Classic Pharmacy from 1987 to present; Perfect Pharmacy from 1980 to 2000; and Phoster Pharmacy from 1985 to 2000. Mr. Fedida served on the Board of Directors of Circa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Circa"), from 1988 to 1995, at which time Circa was acquired by us. Mr. Fedida was a Director of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, from April 2004 to February 21, 2008.
