Prior to joining Acuity Brands, he served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Belden CDT, Inc., a publicly held wire and cable manufacturer of products for the electronic and communications industry. He held several positions while with Belden CDT, Inc. and was also formerly a partner with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Reece is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with honors with a B.S. degree from Auburn University.
