He served as Chairman of the Board of Visitors at The University of Virginia. He served as Chairman of the Alliance for Quality Nursing Home Care. He served as Chairman of the Virginia Business Council. He serves as Member of the Advisory Board of Carter Immunology Center at the University of Virginia. He serves as a Member of Council on Virginia’s Future, Quality Nursing Home Care, Virginia Business Council. He serves as a member of the Governor’s Commission on Higher Education Reform Innovation and Investment. Mr. Fralin served as Member and Rector of the Board of Visitors at the University of Virginia. He served as a Member of the Board of Visitors at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
