Mr. Inman has been a director of the Company since 1981. Mr. Inman is currently, and since 1998 has been, a General Partner of Inman Investment Management. From 1985 until 1998, Mr. Inman was a General Partner of Inman & Bowman, a venture capital investment partnership.
