Ronald V. Waters, III has been a Director of the Corporation since 2002. Mr. Waters has been a Director and the President and Chief Operating Officer of LoJack Corporation, a premier worldwide marketer of wireless tracking and recovery systems for valuable mobile assets and a leader in global stolen vehicle recovery, since February 2007. Previously, from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Waters was the Chief Operating Officer of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, a leader in the confectionery industry and the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of gum. From 1999 to 2004, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
