James R. Jenkins has been a Director of the Corporation since 2005. Mr. Jenkins has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Deere & Company (John Deere), the world's leading manufacturer of agricultural and forestry equipment and a major manufacturer of equipment for use in construction and lawn and turf care, since 2000.
