(SIC) from January 2002 until January 2006, Chairman of the Board of SIC from 2004 to 2006, and President from 1991 until 2002. Mr. Novack served as Chairman of the Board of Liberty Shipping Group from 1991 until 2006 and Chairman of the Board of Lasco Shipping Co. from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Novack was an Executive Vice President of the Company from 1991 until 2003. He is a director of Genesis Financial Solutions, Inc.
