Thomas Meurer has served as a director of Perot Systems since May 2001. Mr. Meurer is Senior Vice President of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., a director and Senior Vice President of Hunt Oil Company, and has served as an executive officer and director of one or more of the Hunt affiliated entities for over five years.
