Adam M Lindemann

Adam M. Lindemann has been a member of Southern Union Company’s Board of Directors since 1990. Mr. Lindemann is Chair- man of the Board’s Investment Committee. Mr. Lindemann is co-founder and President of Mega Communica- tions, a Spanish radio group serving the East Coast of the United States since 1998. Previously, Mr. Lindemann was Senior Vice President in the arbi- trage group of Oppenheimer & Company, where he was actively engaged in trading securities based upon arbitrage and other investment strategies. Before joining Oppenheimer & Company, he was Vice President and served on the board of directors of Metro Mobile CTS, Inc., which was the nation’s second largest non-wire line cellular tele- phone company prior to its merge with Bell Atlantic in 1992. Mr. Lindemann is a 1987 graduate of Yale Law School and a 1983 magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College. He also received a French Baccalaureate degree in language and philosophy from the Lycée Francais de New York in 1979. Mr. Lindemann is the son of George L. Lindemann, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
