Patti S. Hart has served on our board of directors since June 2006 and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Ms. Hart was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, and of Excite@Home, Inc. from 2001 to 2002.
