Wilson is in his current position, joining Ingevity in 2015. Previously, he was EVP and president of of the performance chemicals business of Albemarle Corporation. From 1997 to 2013, he held a number of business unit leadership roles with FMC Corporation including president of the specialty chemicals group. He currently serves on the board of the American Chemistry Council. Wilson joined FMC in the Lithium Division in 1997 from Wausau Paper Corporation where he was Vice President and General Manager. He had previously spent 12 years with Rexam, Inc. where he held a number of senior management positions including Operations Director, Vice President and General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Wilson has a B.S. in Chemistry and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
