Elizabeth Misa

Elizabeth Misa joined the Cuomo administration Monday as a deputy director of the state Department of Health's Office of Health Insurance Programs. Misa was most recently a health care lobbyist with Hinman Straub. She will serve as state Medicaid Director Jason Helgerson's top deputy.
