Grandpoint Capital

Grandpoint Capital, Inc., is a bank holding company formed in late 2008. To fund the privately held enterprise, Grandpoint successfully raised $338 million in committed capital. In June 2010, the holding company launched Grandpoint Bank through its acquisition of Santa Ana Business Bank in Santa Ana, Calif., with an initial capital investment of $75 million. Through selected acquisitions and de novo growth, Grandpoint Bank now has offices strategically located in key markets throughout Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. Grandpoint Capital also holds a majority interest in the Bank of Tucson in Arizona, an acquisition completed in early 2011.
