The controlling shareholder of Anheuser-Busch InBev is Stichting Anheuser-Busch InBev, a foundation organized under the laws of The Netherlands, which represents an important part of the interests of the Belgian founding families of Anheuser-Busch InBev (mainly represented by EPS) and the interests of the Brazilian families, previously shareholders of AmBev (represented by BRC). Stichting Anheuser-Busch InBev currently owns 722,339,815 Anheuser-Busch InBev shares, which represents a 45.05 % voting interest in Anheuser-Busch InBev as at 18 September 2009.
