Founded in 2007 by Mary Beth Cahill, Steve Rosenthal and Michael Whouley, the Atlas Project is a private consulting firm committed to the success of the progressive movement.

The Atlas Project conducts in-depth analysis of collected and preserved campaign-related information in key states to help our clients make better informed data-driven decisions. In partnership with NCEC and the progressive community, The Atlas Project is developing strategic roadmaps for 28 states for the 2009-2010 election cycle.
