Coalition for Intellectual Property Rights

CIPR is a private-public partnership dedicated to advancing intellectual property rights protection, enforcement and reform in Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States and other countries of the former Soviet Union. Through public education, legislative action and legal reform, CIPR works with our government and private sector partners to establish transparent IPR regimes that adhere to international standards. CIPR has its administrative headquarters in Washington, D.C. and is incorporated as a 501(C-6) Business League under the laws of the United States. CIPR's experienced staff operate throughout the region from offices in Moscow, Kyiv, Almaty and Washington, D.C.
