We have an especially strong track record in property performance, particularly where value added management is required. We are dedicated to a very personal, hands-on approach to all the details of management. As such, we have established an enviable reputation for our professional and diligent approach to property management, which has been frequently noted by state and federal regulatory agencies in providing our properties with “Exceptional Management Practices” ratings to the Company. At MB Management Company, every member of our staff is thoroughly committed to bring their talents, creativity and professionalism to each client’s project. MB Management’s senior management staff, located at the Company’s main office in Braintree, Massachusetts, oversee all the details of our real estate business. Our property management staff are located in regional offices in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Georgia. The diversity and expertise of our personnel matches the diversity of our portfolio; as residential real estate managers, we manage new construction, older properties, luxury complexes, distressed properties, workouts and turnarounds, low income tax credit properties and government assisted housing. We are experienced in the management of properties that are permanently financed through HUD, MassHousing, New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Rural Housing Service (formerly Farmers Home Administration), and other public entities. We have a first hand working knowledge of financing agency and reporting requirements as well as those that are associated with the provision of subsidy.
