Vibrant communities, partnership between local building and maintenance businesses, and information on the latest news in legislation at the local, state, and national levels. SWMBIA is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Montana Building Industry Association (MBIA). We aim to create the best communities in Southwest Montana for residents and business owners.
