Noble Health Corp.

Group of companies controlled by same founders/executives that bought rural community hospitals in Missouri and ran them into the ground. Financed by Nueterra Capital. From Modern Healthcare: owners included William A. Solomon with a 16.82% share, Thomas W. Carter with a 16.82% share, The Peterson Trust with a 19.63%, and NC Holdings Inc. with 46.72%. All of Noble Health's associated subsidiaries were sold to Platinum Neighbors April 20th, 2022. NC Holdings is also listed on the stock sale agreement with Platinum along with several signatures including Jeremy Tasset, chief executive of Nueterra Capital. As of 8/23, all Noble Health related corporations in Missouri are inactive, except for Noble Health Real Estate LLC and Noble Health Real Estate II LLC, the entities holding the hospitals' physical property. These were reinstated by MO in 3/23 when a new agent was registered - Zev Reisman, "Secretary of Noble Health Corp". It is unclear who owns these companies as Platinum sold them to an LLC controlled by a Platinum associate, Clifford Sullivan (see his entry). As of 2/24, most Noble Health LLCs have been renamed and are owned by Ziva Medical.
