United for Respect Education Fund elevates the voices of those employed in the retail economy to call on industry leaders and policymakers to transform jobs so people can lead safe and economically-secure lives. We leverage technology to support people working in retail and build resilient communities. Through our online peer networks and on-the-ground base-building strategies, we build the leadership of people working in low-paid jobs to share their stories and, together with our partners, advocate for real solutions. Our scope and scale provide opportunities to both support local work in these areas as well as build momentum for national change.
