Digital Systems International Inc. plans to acquire the Viewstar Corporation for stock worth about $80 million. Digital is a computer software and services company based in Redmond, Wash. Viewstar is a maker of document management software in Alameda, Calif. Digital plans to swap 3.9 million shares of its common stock for the closely held Viewstar. Shares of Digital rose $1 yesterday, to $22.625.
