We offer interests and abilities evaluations that assist you in finding the right career path for you. Our Workforce Learning Link and Literacy Volunteers can help boost your basic skills levels that will lead to career ladder opportunities. NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NJDVRS) Connect with a DVRS Counselor if you have a physical, mental, cognitive, or other form of disability which results in a substantial impediment to employment. DVRS will help you obtain and maintain a job that’s in line with your strengths, interests and abilities. Services are mutually developed between the DVR counselor and the consumer utilizing an Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) as a means to determine the services that will be needed and how they will be implemented for success. Youth One-Stop Youth Counselors provide support to at-risk, out-of-school youth in Camden County between the ages 16-24. Youth are assessed and referred to varied education opportunities, job training and supportive services that help them overcome the obstacles that are preventing them from completing High School.
