The Salt Lake Chamber is Utah’s largest and longest-standing business association. A statewide chamber of commerce with members in all 29 Utah counties, the Chamber represents the broad interests of the state’s 63,000-plus employers, which employ more than 1.4 million Utahns. This includes thousands of members and their employees. The Chamber also has members in 18 states and Washington, D.C. as well as 15 international chambers. The Chamber is a private, non-profit, member supported organization that promotes economic and civic progress. The Chamber exists, at its most fundamental level, to make Utah prosperous. Established in 1887, the Chamber has become widely known as Utah’s business leader, applying the expertise and experience of its members to major issues facing the Beehive State. We promote a positive economic climate through services to members and business advocacy for the broader good. 2020 Legislative Updates: Week Four – February 17-21 2020 Legislative Updates: Week Three – February 10-14 Jane Powers to be honored with Lane Beattie Utah Community Builder Award 1 2 3 1 2 3 4 5
