Welcome to the home page of GRAIL, the Graphics and Imaging Laboratory of the University of Washington's Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. Our group focuses on computer vision, graphics, games, and visualization. We're particularly known for research in computational photography, games for science and education, 3D reconstruction, Internet photo collections, object recognition, human shape and motion analysis, information visualization, and animation.
