Vertis

In July 2000 three advertising and marketing companies: TC Advertising, LTC Group and Webcraft merged and formed Vertis. The company, which has since consolidated these units under the Vertis name, provides advertising and marketing services, including consumer and media research, media planning and placement, creative services, digital media production, direct marketing programs and strategic media consulting. Vertis Retail & Newspaper Services is one of the country's largest printers of newspaper advertising inserts. Corporate headquarters are in Baltimore, Maryland.
