The Neiman Marcus Group LLC

Neiman Marcus Group is one of the nation's largest retailers of luxury and fashion goods. It operates 39 Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, two Bergdorf Goodman stores in New York City, and catalogs and e-commerce websites under each store name. The company also sells home furnishings and accessories through Horchow.com. Private equity groups Texas Pacific Group and Warburg Pincus acquired the company in October 2005.
