Michael Foods

Michael Foods, headquartered in Minnesota, is the largest producer of processed egg products in the U.S. Other lines of business include potato products and distribution of refrigerated foods. Brand names include Better 'n Eggs, Table Ready and Easy Eggs. The Michael family, management, Vestar Capital Partners and Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison took the company private in April 2001.
