Tower Automotive

Founded in 1993 as R.J. Tower Corporation, Tower Automotive is a global designer and producer of auto parts and assemblies used by leading original equipment manufacturers, including, BMW, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. Products include body structures and assemblies, lower vehicle frames and suspension components. Tower emerged from Chapter 11 in July 2007 as an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management. The company has 39 facilities in 13 countries in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
