Linens 'N Things

Headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey, Linens 'n Things is a national retailer of home furnishings merchandise, selling a broad range of housewares and house accessories. Stores sell brands such as Braun, Krups, Calphalon, Waverly and Laura Ashley. The company operates 571 stores in 47 states and six Canadian provinces. Publicly traded until early 2006, Linen 'n Things was acquired by private equity firm Apollo Management. Robert J DiNicola is the new chief executive.
