Charmer Sunbelt Group

Charmer Sunbelt Group, of New York City, is a distributor of wine, spirits, beers, bottled water, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Its affiliated independent companies operate in 15 states and the District of Columbia. In July 2006, Peerless Importers and Charmer Industries (a subsidiary of Charmer Sunbelt Group) agreed to merge and form a new entity, Empire Merchants, which will remain a subsidiary of Charmer Sunbelt Group.
