We transform urban data into intelligence Urbint relies on three technologies to model the relational concepts between isolated urban data sets and the ideas expressed within them, and then infers information between those data sets. Identity Resolves unstructured and unformatted address strings into a unique identifier representing a parcel, building or unit. Identity enables deduplication and linkage of disparate urban data sets. As cities get developed and rezoned our algorithms keep-up by retiring and provisioning new identifiers to ensure maximum accuracy. Attributes Compiles facts from urban data sets into a single source of truth record for any given property that has been resolved using Identity. Exposes information found in unstructured and disparate data sets, such as year built, floor count, zoning, and more. We study every dataset we ingest so we can resolve data discrepancies, omissions, and errors. Events Exposes a complete timeline of key events related to any property such as violations, permits, and transactions. These events are important contextual cues that can help make sense of anomalies and give the complete story.
