Our ImpactPHL Mission To increase investment in impact companies and organizations in Greater Philadelphia by accelerating development and awareness of Greater Philadelphia’s impact economy. Our local impact ecosystem is large, robust and expanding. We were the first city to offer special tax credits for sustainable businesses. We are home to B Lab and the B Corp movement — along with the world’s first and 50+ other certified B Corps. Philadelphia hosts the most active chapter of Investors’ Circle, the world’s largest early-stage impact investing network. The Sustainable Business Network, founded here more than a decade ago by local impact economy trailblazer Judy Wicks, has served as a national model for promoting triple-bottom-line companies.
