Massachusetts High Technology Council

Business association for high tech employers in MA.

The MA High Tech Council is a trade association for high tech employers, focused on influencing state and local government to create a pro-business environment in Massachusetts. The group claims to support investments in "infrastructure, research, human resources development and development and services" as opposed to subsidies and direct payments to businesses. The council is against increases to corporate taxes, arguing that MA should be a level playing field with other states in order to attract business. Advocates for the business community to take a leadership role in the state's education system. Members are CEO level executives. http://www.mhtc.org
