The Elysian

Completed in 2013, The Elysian was CPM’s first luxury student housing venture, with 147 beds in 56 units. Formerly home to Andrew Riverside Presbyterian Church, the site had stood vacant for 10 years since being condemned in 2003. It was saved when CPM stepped in with a redevelopment proposal: CPM would use the land to construct The Elysian apartments, designating a portion of the ground floor space for Andrew Riverside Church.
