Paul A Weaver & Associates (PAW) was founded by Paul A Weaver Jr, a 35 year veteran of the United States Air Force and the Air Na-tional Guard. Previous to his retirement in 2002, he was the Director of the Air National Guard, a position that had him responsible for more than 106,000 Air National Guard mem-bers serving in all 54 States and Territories and a budget that exceeded $4 Billion dollars annually. During his tenure as the Director, he oversaw the most aggressive modernization program in the history of the ANG which allowed Air National Guard forces to become full partners in the USAF Aerospace Expeditionary Force. Previously, General Weaver commanded the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base, New York where he oversaw the construction of Stewart Air National Guard Base, the largest military construction project in the history of the Reserve Forces.
