The company offers concept development; analytical and technology services in support of intelligence and defense missions; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; cyber situational awareness; data analytics; and enterprise transformation services, such as business innovation and transformation, cost estimating and risk economic analysis, and financial and business analytics. It specializes in aviation systems, cloud architecture and engineering, geospatial intelligence, mobile wireless communications, modeling and simulation, signals intelligence, and space systems, as well as chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives. It also provides TASC heritage conference center services that include conferences, meetings, training classes, and special events. TASC, Inc. was formerly known as The Analytic Sciences Corporation. The company was founded in 1966 and is based in Chantilly, Virginia. TASC, Inc. is a former subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Northrop Grumman owned TASC from 2001 to 2009, when it sold the unit to comply with new government conflict of interest rules.
