First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (First Midwest) is a single bank holding company with operations throughout the greater Chicago metropolitan area, as well as central and western Illinois and eastern Iowa. Its principal subsidiary is First Midwest Bank (the Bank), which provides a range of commercial and retail banking and wealth management services to consumer, commercial and industrial, and public or governmental customers. The Bank’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Calumet Investment Corporation, LIH Holdings, LLC and Synergy Property Holdings, LLC. In April 2012, the Bank formed a new Wealth Management Division. First Midwest is built on a foundation of “bricks and mortar” banking that has served our local communities from as far back as the 1940s. Since becoming First Midwest Bank in 1983, we have operated under a code of values, rooted in fiscal responsibility, that has enabled us to remain strong and stable no matter the economic climate.
