Peter Karmanos Jr

Peter Karmanos, Jr. has served continuously as a director of the Company since 1997, is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Karmanos has held the position of Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Compuware, a software development company, for more than five years. Mr. Karmanos also serves as a director of Compuware and Taubman Centers, Inc. Mr. Karmanos serves as a member of the Compensation Committee for Taubman Centers, Inc.
