Monte R. Haymon has been a member of our board of directors since November 10, 2003 and has been our non-executive Chairman of the Board since January 2004. Mr. Haymon was Chairman of the Board of Sappi Fine Paper North America ("Sappi"), a manufacturer of coated and specialty paper products, from January 2002 until his retirement in December 2002. He previously served as Sappi's President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to January 2002.
