Richard B McGlynn

Richard B. McGlynn is an attorney. He was a director of Atlantic Energy, Inc. from 1986 to 1998. He has been a director of the Company since August 1, 2002, and was a director of Conectiv from 1998 until it merged with Pepco on August 1, 2002.
