Lisa Stevens, a 27-year company veteran, is an executive vice president and holds leadership positions across the country for Wells Fargo. Stevens is regional bank executive of the Western Region, which includes 27 states throughout the western half of the U.S. In addition, she also is the head of Small Business Banking, which provides a full range of financial services to 3 million business customers with annual revenues up to $5 million. Within the Western Region, Stevens has responsibility for nearly 2,700 branches, 6,900 ATMs and more than 38,000 team members who serve consumers and small businesses. A California native, Stevens began her career with Wells Fargo in 1989. Prior to assuming her current leadership posts, she was president of California Regional Banking, and president of Pacific Midwest Region Banking. Long devoted to the communities she serves, Stevens is active in the nonprofit community. She serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Executive Committee of the California Business Roundtable, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Board of ASU Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability, Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and the Board of Regents for Santa Clara University. She also served on the Board of the California Chamber of Commerce, San Francisco Opera, National Boys and Girls Club of America, The Center on Philanthropy and Public Policy and the board of The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, California Business for Education Excellence and the Advisory Committee for The Shriver Report. Stevens earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in economics, philosophy and communications from Santa Clara University.
