Mr. Green has served as a general partner of Canaan Capital Partners, L.P., the general partner of Canaan Capital Limited Partnership and Canaan Capital Offshore Limited Partnership, C.V., since November 1991. From October 1985 until November 1991, Mr. Green served as Managing Director of GE Capital's Corporate Finance Group. Steve is a graduate of Amherst College. He serves on the Boards of Directors of cMarket, Dean Foods, The Active Network, and Verance.
