Stephen D Steinour

Mr. Steinour has been a director of Exelon since May 8, 2007. He serves on the audit, compensation and generation oversight committees. He was President and CEO of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a multi-state commercial bank holding company, a position that he held from 2006 through 2008. He served as vice chairman and chief executive officer of Mid-States regional banking from 2005 through 2006. Previously he was vice chairman and chief executive officer of Mid-Atlantic regional banking from 2001 to 2005.
